I can’t say enough about the service and kindness I received from Matt, owner of Ontario Deck Railing. I am not from the London area, so did not know who to contact when looking for a company to redo a front porch railing on my student rental home in London. I googled front porch railings and Matt’s company hit my eye when I saw a small family run business. That was exactly the type of company I wanted to support. Matt got back to me right away and kindness exuded from him even through the phone.
His work was magnificent and he kept me informed of any complications that arose (old house) and always allowed me to share my input to make any decisions along the way, even three hours from the work site! He sent me pictures throughout the week he was working there so I could see the improvements. Matt even went the extra mile and actually helped one of my tenants carry her dresser up the stairs to her bedroom! Only a top notch guy would offer to do that while working hard on a front porch! The front porch looked amazing in the end, and although I did not get the privilege of meeting Matt in person, I felt like I got to know him from a far. He’s a hard hard worker, honest, fair, and the kindest contractor I’ve ever met. Thank you so much for your help!

I was extremely pleased with the work done on my deck and front steps. The glass railing on the deck allows me to enjoy the landscape while providing safety at the same time.
The front railing is exactly what I wanted...something unobtrusive but safe to hang on to while ascending the stairs.
Matt was here when promised, did a great job with the installation and I would be proud to recommend the company.

Working with various suppliers is not always easy but the team from Ontario Deck Railing showed up when they said they would, worked tirelessly to make our project look perfect and didn't leave the site until they knew we were completely satisfied. We contacted Ontario Deck Railing to inquire about installation of a glass panel railing on our new deck. From the first contact with them, Matt and Grace were very helpful. We had a lot of questions and Matt replied promptly and courteously every time. The railing install was quick and he was very respectful of our property. Matt did an amazing job.
We love our new glass railing! We spend much more time outside on the deck as it's nice to be able to see our yard through the glass railing!

"These guys are great. From the first meeting at their showroom to discuss the product and get options, to answering my questions during the install (I was installing myself) to the very end. They went above and beyond when my wife passed and I was trying to finish up projects for her. I had ordered the glass and when it came in they finished my railing and installed all the glass for the deck for me. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore.
